Description of the problem:

Hey there,
I am currently running an online experiment on Pavlovia. After the experiment is concluded, the participants are automatically redirected to [soscisurvey.com](http://soscisurvey.com) to fill in some questionnaires. Everything was going perfectly fine until two participants contacted me that they got the following error message at the end of the experiment and were not redirected to [soscisurvey.com](http://soscisurvey.com)

When I looked into the data folder, I saw that the csv file was saved normally, but the log file was missing. For me that’s actually no big deal because I don’t need the log file and could send the direct link to [soscisurvey.com](http://soscisurvey.com) to the participants, but I wondered why this randomly happened and thought it might be relevant for others as well.

Has anybody encountered that problem before or does anybody know where the error comes from and how it could be avoided?
