QuestHandler suitability for yes/no tasks

Is QuestHandler well suited for determining a sensitivity threshold in Yes/No tasks? I have read (e.g. here) that QUEST was designed for alternative forced-choice tasks. Can the implementation in PsychoPy work with a simple yes-no design (“Indicate if signal was present?”)

Conceptually I don’t see why not - Yes/No is referred to in the original paper
