# Psychopy no Internet connection issue

I am currently using the Psychopy v2020.1.3 and I cannot log in pavlovia through psychopy.  
I clicked the login button and a blank page appears and disappears after a couple seconds,  
and it showed a error code as below:

raise Exception("{}: No internet connection available.".format(event.GetString()))  
Exception: INET\_E\_DOWNLOAD\_FAILURE: No internet connection available.

I saw someone has the same issue but no response or solution, please help.

So, I solved the problem on my own. There is an issue for Psychopy v2020.1.3 launching in Window 7, so you deal with this issue simply by using a computer with Windows 10. And it works fine with me. I know the version outdated, just in case someone might encounter the same issue as I am.
