# Problems with launching a study on the Internet (Pavlovia)

Hello, I developed my bachelor’s work-study with PsychoPy. I’ve created everything to run it on the Internet (Pavlovia), but the error appears until I try to run it. I added a picture with the error that appears as soon as I try to launch the [Pavlovia.org](http://Pavlovia.org) study. What should I do to solve this problem?

Ah, that 401 is good info. If you search the forum for 401 (sort posts by date descending) you’ll encounter a bunch of other researchers with this problem and things that helped them out. Could you try that out?
