Problems Installing 1.84 under windows

Hi
Been trying to install 1.84 under windows and it all goes swimmingly until I lauch the application for the first time.

It complains about a missing msi file (python.mis) and goes looking for it in ccmcache.

As the missing msi files appears to be nowhere it dies.

A work around seems to be to run it from the command line first and that seems to fix it.

I don’t honestly know what causes this (and haven’t been able to replicate the issue).

If you (or someone) see it again could you post the complete error message? Thanks
