Problem with mouse cursor and button operation

  1. During the experiment, the mouse cursor is visible.
    As shown in the attached figure, “show mouse” has been disabled but cannot be resolved.

  2. When experimenting with a Windows operating system(Not with MacOS), at the first period of trials, participants cannot manipulate second ratings by keyboard(the first rating can be rated by key).
    At this point, participants have to click the mouse button once to activate the experiment window to operate normally again.

How should I do to solve these problems.
