# Problem running experiments in Pavlovia

Description of the problem:

I am having problems running PsychoPy experiments in Pavlovia. They run fine in PsychoPy, but errors come up when I run them in Pavlovia. I decided to check whether it was an issue with my experiments or just an issue I’m having with Pavlovia by making a stripped-down experiment that simply displays a single image on the screen for 4.5 seconds and ends. Worked fine on PsychoPy so I synced it with Pavlovia, but when I tried to pilot the experiment from there it came up with this message…

Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

- when downloading the resources for experiment: Tester
- **unable to download resource: 5IA.jpg (FILE\_LOAD\_ERROR)**

Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

It looks to me like the file is actually `5IA.JPG` not `5IA.jpg` (case-sensitive)
