# 'Previous' button showing when it is not suppose to

Hello,

I am having some issues running pertaining to the “show ‘previous’ button” under general navigation. The survey does not want the participant to be able to go back once a page has been completed. Even though I have not selected the option to “show ‘previous’ button” when I pilot the study the ‘previous’ button is still shown. The preview works fine, but whenever piloting or running the survey, the button is shown.

I have not been able to find the most relevant existing thread for this issue. I have only find a threat that is the exact opposite; having the previous button not shown, even though they selected to show it.
