# Pavlovia survey routine not running

**OS** (e.g. Win10): Ventura 13.4  
**PsychoPy version** (e.g. 1.84.x): v2023.2.3

**What are you trying to achieve?:**

Integrate a survey in my experiment.

**What did you try to make it work?:**

I added a Pavlovia Survey Component to my flow by checking Survey Model File and downloading the JSON file into my experiment folder. The resulting routine shows in the experiment flow as expected.

**What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:**  
Include pasted full error message if possible. “That didn’t work” is not enough information.

I get no error message but the survey seems to be ignored by the program. It does not appear at all. Is there something missing? Do I need to add an other component?  
Thank you for your help. I am new to PsychoPy.

The survey routine only works online.

Thank you for clarifying that. Then, it seems like I should use the Form component. I have not been able to find a tutorial on it. Is there one available? Thank you very much.
