Pavlovia not working for one participant (when it used to)

I am currently running an ecological momentary assessment (EMA) study, where participants complete EMA’s weekly whilst they are taking part in a clinical trial. They receive a text message with a link to the Pavlovia experiment where they answer specific questions. This link is personalised for each participant so the participant number is stored based on the url.
There is a participant in the trial who has completed their baseline EMAs and weekly EMA’s fine up until Tuesday. She said the links weren’t loading (she had even tried to load it on her pc to check it wasn’t her phone). Myself and others tried the link on our phones and it loaded for us. I asked her if she could try opening it in a private browser and she has also now cleared her browsing history and that still didn’t work. Yesterday morning I emailed her a new Pavlovia link to test if that worked - it did! So I set up the text messages with the new URL link. She then emailed me to say the new link isn’t working and she has tried it on two phones and cleared her browsing history again and it still isn’t working.

Do you have any ideas about what I can do about this? I have no clue why it isn’t working and she has already tried using a private browser tab, clearing her browser history and using a new link which I thought would fix it.
