# Participant gets Tone.js error on Chrome, experimenter doesn't

Description of the problem:  
Hi,  
A participant emailed to say that they tried to play our experiment twice, using Chrome, and they got the same error (below) and the game wouldn’t start.  
\*_**Unfortunately we encountered the following error: when initialising the sound library Tone.js is not available. A different sound library must be selected. Please contact the experiment designer.  
Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.**_

I, the experimenter, am able to open the game on Chrome with no issues but in the past week or so I got no new data although people were filling the consent forms so I’m wondering if this error occurred for many.

Can you please help? What shall I do? In case that helps I’m using v 2021.1.3
