# Occasional "Unable to download resource" error

URL of experiment: [Pavlovia](https://pavlovia.org/dgraetz/beaches_3o)

Description of the problem: Out of dozens of participants, two have reported seeing an error about resources. The error is “unable to download resource: xyz” where xyz is this survey: [Pavlovia](https://pavlovia.org/surveys/a3c934fe-da34-4799-b27d-d57f0c308742?tab=0) that is embedded into the experiment. I was unable to reproduce this error on my end. Clearing the cache with CTRL+SHIFT+R also did not seem to help. Any suggestions?

Are you using a local JSON file for your survey or the survey ID? I assume the former.

Perhaps those two participants had an unstable Internet connection.

Ctrl-Shift-R will give you the latest Builder file but you sometimes need to use an incognito tab to get the latest resources.
