# Monitor Centre not opening/ crashing

So I’ve transferred an experiment file to a new machine, (which has just been freshly updated), and when I go to run it/ open the monitor centre, I get the following warning:

Additionally, demos also don’t work on the new machine - I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall PsychoPy (version 2023.2.3), but that hasn’t helped - any suggestions on how to solve would be appreciated!
