# Help: No Pavlovia confirmation email and no resend button

Hi! I tried to register a Pavlovia account using my institutional email, but I never received the confirmation email. The login page only shows plain text for “Resend”, with no clickable button to send it again.

Has anyone run into this same issue? Any tips?
