# GitLab permissions/visibility issue with only one of several Pavlovia experiments

I have a permissions issue with one of my experiments that is preventing participants from accessing it. My username is Ry\_Batten, and the affected study is TONE\_NONER\_1, hosted at [Sign in · GitLab](https://gitlab.pavlovia.org/Ry_Batten/TONE_NONER_1)

The issue is:

- The study is set to Running on my Pavlovia dashboard
- I am listed as the owner on the Pavlovia project page
- The repository is not under any group
- I am able to access and run the experiment myself in the browser
- However, participants recruited through Prolific are receiving the error: “No information is available for this experiment. Either it does not exist or you do not have access to it.”
- When I attempt to set the GitLab repository visibility to Public, I am not permitted to do so despite being listed as owner
- My other two experiments on the same account work correctly and do not have this issue

I have already tried signing out and back into both Pavlovia and GitLab, clearing cookies, and accessing the repository in a private browser window, none of which resolved the issue.

I also have credits currently assigned to this study and am unable to transfer them, so I would prefer to resolve this without deleting and recreating the project if at all possible.

Could you please investigate why the repository visibility cannot be set to Public, and restore full owner permissions so that participants can access the study?

This suggests that you are sending participants to [https://pavlovia.org/username/experiment](https://pavlovia.org/username/experiment) not [https://run.pavlovia.org/username/experiment](https://run.pavlovia.org/username/experiment)
