I just wanted to clarify - for online data experiments, does the “save onset/offset time” work?
In my pre-existing and current data files, the onset and offset times of my polygon and image components are not automatically saved for online experiments, and I have to add this code:
thisExp.addData(‘Image1_onset’, Image1.tStart)
thisExp.addData(‘Image2_onset’, Image2.tStart)
I am using PsychoPY builder V 2024.2.4 on MacOS Sequoia, have had this issue since March, and have even reinstalled PsychoPY with a fresh OS Install and am still not getting onsets/offsets automatically recorded.
There’s also this historic post from Becca, where she states “start and stop times are stored locally but not online”
