# Forbidden code message

Description of the problem: I cannot open it to test it when I have it in the pilot mode. I have 20 credits available for it.

You’ll have to give us more of a clue here. The message you’ve written is equivalent to “My phone isn’t working, any ideas?”

What did you try? Is it active on the pavlovia dashboard? What messages are you seeing?

I actually made another test of it and then it worked. I think it was saved to the wrong place on my computer but now it all works beautifully!
