# Error when run study online

URL of experiment: [Pavlovia](https://pavlovia.org/LMD/exp1) (not sure that this links works because I can’t change my experiment to “Pilot”).

Hello,

I developed an experiment with PsychoPy Builder (version 2022 1.3) and I would like to run it online using pavlovia. I did it before and it worked but I did some modifications (on PsychoPy Builder) and try to synchronize again to pavlovia and now I have an internal error (see message above). I try to delete my old experiment on Pavlovia and recreate a new project but I can’t (same message).

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

This is most likely an authentication error, which should now be fixed in the latest version (2022.2.0), so it’s worth updating and trying this again
