# EEG trigger does not work

**OS** ( Win10):  
**PsychoPy version** (3.1.3):  
\*\*What are you trying to achieve?: I want send triggers to EEG recording systems(ANT).

\*\*What did you try to make it work?: I used the builder module to send triggers.

**What specifically went wrong when you tried that?:**  
The program run success, but the triggers did not send to EEG recording system. There was no error. The port address in E-prime is _&H378_, I try port _address = 0x378_, but it also does not work.

Hello Tao Xia,  
I am currently experiencing the same issue as you. Unfortunately, I could not figure out any solutions yet.  
Would you mind sharing with me how to fix it please?
