# Data not saved pavlovia

I’m running an experiment on Pavlovia, incomplete data are saved as well.  
When I’m running the experiment myself and abort at a random moment, data are indeed saved.

However, many participants mailed us to state they completed the study, though no data are found on the platform. As this is about a lot of participants who’s data are not saved, we are looking for a solution as now we miss a lot of data.
