Condition file contain "$" online sync failed

Hello,

I am using Psychopy version. 2020.2.5, macintel. My experiment can successfully uploaded to pavlovia and run with out problem. But if I change my the conditions in the condition file into words with “$”. It give me this error.

I have tried this with my other computer psychopy version 2020.2.5. Same problem. I also tried to upload the condition file manually to Github. The experiment can run, but the word displayed was all “Hello word”.

Would someone help me with this.

How are you setting filePath?

I used $SS, #$SS,$#SS, none of it worked. SS is the first row in my condition file. I have also tried these names in the condition file. Failed.

Use a text stimuli: \$ and put it in the right position!
