Changes in the procedure for uploading Resources in the new version

I just recently updated my software to the latest version.

Is it true that the Resource Upload procedure has changed?

I remember setting a file location in the software components. Lets say of an image, video, etc. was automatically translated into JavaScript and there was no need to configure Resources.

A hard coded resource should be dealt with appropriately. For resources set in code (and possibly those set in spreadsheets) please read this documentation .
