# Can't sync PsychoPy to Pavlovia

**OS** : Win 10  
**PsychoPy version** : 2024.2.4  
**What are you trying to achieve?** : I try to sync my project to Pavlovia in PsychoPy Builder, but it showed an error with below information:

**What did you try to make it work?** : I have tried to uninstall PsychoPy and reintall it again, and re-sign in my account, but these didn’t work. I can run the script o my laptop, but can’t do that in the browser and sync it to Pavlovia.

Could someone give me some suggestions related to this issue please? Thank you!

Does your experiment have a lot of files?

You could also try removing large files to a different folder and putting them back to resync later.

Hello,

I hope all is well! I have been having problems with syncing to Pavlovia too. ([\*\*Issue with creating and syncing a new project to pavlovia\*\*](https://discourse.psychopy.org/t/issue-with-creating-and-syncing-a-new-project-to-pavlovia/42779))

Now I created a new folder deleting the files I won’t be using and created a new experiment from scratch, (because in the previous one there were routines I wont be using and thought these may be issues too.) Then, I can create a new project when i click to the icon next to my name but when i click sync this is what i get:"Traceback (most recent call last):

What is that mean? I couldn’t find a similar entry in the forum could you please assist? Thanks so much!
