# Cannot update changes on pavlovia

Description of the problem:  
Hi all,  
I tried to sync the latest changes on psychopy and it showed success, but when I ran it on pavlovia it was still the old version. Then I tried to change the Java script on GitLab and it also showed that the update was successful, but it still ran with the old one.  
I was wondering how to update my changes?

If the commit is recorded on Gitlab then it’s almost certainly a cache issue.

Ctrl-Shift-R to flush the cache or use incognito mode.

I would not recommend editing the JavaScript directly.
