# Calibration routine not working correctly

If this template helps then use it. If not then just delete and start from scratch.

**OS** (e.g. Win10): Win10  
**PsychoPy version** (e.g. 1.84.x): v2024.1.4  
**Standard Standalone? (y/n)** If not then what?:

I have been linking up my eyelink 1000 plus to my psychopy experiment I made in builder. Everytime I run the calibration routine, all that pops up is a red screen and no fixation points and it doesn’t calibrate. I can skip the calibraiton and move on to the validation and that works fine. Not sure what to do from here or how to fix it.
