> The place for the wide community of researchers in the behavioural sciences to run, share, and explore experiments online

Description of the problem:
This experiment works locally but I’m getting this error when I pilot it online:

Unfortunately we encountered the following error:

- when downloading the resources for experiment: Aud\_GoNoGo
- **unable to download resource: cat\_255.mp3 (Decoding audio data failed.)**
Try to run the experiment again. If the error persists, contact the experiment designer.

hi there,

Can you double check if this file is in the folder html\>resources? if not, try manually adding it and then re-syncing your project 🙂

Thanks Becca - yes the file was definitely there. I have now tried with wav files and it seems that is working better… (at least the resources are downloading and I have now progressed to a different error!) so perhaps something with the mp3 format.

Hello,

Can you share where the html folder is? I don’t have it in my local or online repository, after syncing. I’m on Psychopy v2022.2.5 on a Windows 10 remote server. Thank you!
