I got 2 experiments here (set 1 and set 2). Originally, I added 10 credits to set 1 experiment, whereas 3 credits goes to set 2 as shown below. However, I couldn’t find those 3 credits.
I am thinking is that because I had make changes on set 2 experiment, then 3 credits goes to the older set 2 experiment.
I have no ideas on how to fix it. Could you please help me to restore the credits ASAP? Thanks
Those 3 credits are assigned, but I can’t find them in my Set 2 experiment. I think this is because I noticed that the experiment needed adjustment, so I deleted the old Set 2 experiment and uploaded a new one.
When I decided to assign some credits to the new Set 2 experiment, the page hadn’t refreshed yet, so I accidentally assigned the 3 credits to the deleted Set 2 experiment. Can they be reactivated?
I saw your message in the wee hours (2 sth am in Hong Kong time), and then it was like picture 1. I saw them “assigned” in set 2, but not available. Then I successfully added 2 credits, so I thought the credits were restored.
At 4 am, one of my participant told me she had finished the experiment. However, I couldn’t find the record. It was still “assigned” but not consumed. I refreshed the website, and sign out and sign in again, but I still couldn’t see the “consumed” record.
At 10:12am, another participant told me it showed an error after clicking the link. (btw it’s 12:42pm now) So now I don’t know what’s happening here. I am not sure if the 3 credits successfully restored.
Please let me know if it is possible to fix the problem asap. Thank you so much.
Assigned means the participants can use the credit
Available means not yet assigned to any experiments
Reserved means a participant started the experiment but didn’t finish.
Consumed means a participant finished.
Here are two of the three credits I gave you. One should move back to assigned at some point today. I couldn’t locate the third one so perhaps it is now in your credit list or you accidentally gave it back to me.
