# 504 Gateway Error Retrieving Designer Info/Experiment on Pavlovia

Description of the problem: Unable to access the experiment page or data files.

Received two different errors:

Was getting the error for about 10 minutes. Just attempted again and it accessed the experiment page. It did take a while, but finally loaded!

I think I am having the same error today: Error when authenticating the experiment designer:

Have tried a couple of times 2 hours apart.
